The 26Health new brand symbol represents an intersection, symbolizing the symbiotic relationship between the prosperity of a community and the health of all the members of that community. The rebrand was designed to reflect the commitment to life-long continuity of care and 26Health's holistic approach to wellness, while expressing their belief in equality for all, no matter your “letter.” Deliverables included brand identity, print, website graphics, outdoor, social and campaign strategy.
